SOLD – Wild Waters

The inspiration for this painting was the wild and windy seas crashing against the shores during a trip to Kinsale, Cork, Ireland. During a walk, I took many photos of the waves rolling in one by one and from these one stood out the most.  My grandson, who was walking with me at the time described it as “cool and refreshing” and it is this feel I tried to capture with the use of white alongside green/bluish tones set against a warm pinkish background and sky.

Bought by private collector in France.
