Location: Castle Park Arts Centre, Frodsham
Cost: £15 per session pay as you go or £75 total for all 5 weeks (payable at first session)
Level: Ideal for beginners or more advanced levels.
This 5 week art workshop explores various painting techniques and skills to create expressive mixed media landscape paintings under professional artist guidance and tuition using artist quality materials.
The course covers all aspects of landscape painting including working from photos, developing creative compositions & lively tonal value sketches, colour mixing, glazing, impasto plus mixed media techniques to develop finished paintings whilst exploring different methods of mark making, paint application and artistic styles. Plenty demonstrations of painting techniques.
All artist quality materials provided (no need to buy). Free tea, coffee & parking.
